At Cameo Vibez, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Exchange
We currently offer exchanges only in the following cases:

You received a damaged or defective product.

You received the wrong size, wrong color, or wrong item.

The product has a printing issue or manufacturing defect.
Conditions for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange:

The request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

All tags and packaging should be intact.
Items Not Eligible for Exchange

Used, washed, or damaged products not caused by transit.

Items purchased during clearance or special sale (unless defective).

Customized or personalized merchandise.

Once approved, we will arrange the exchange or guide you through the next steps.

A replacement will be shipped once the returned item is received and verified.
Returns & Refunds
We currently do not offer refunds.
Only exchanges or replacement products are provided as per the conditions above.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order.
Once processing begins, cancellation is not possible.
