Order Processing Time

We aim to process and ship all orders within 24–48 working hours after they are placed.


Delivery Timelines

📦 Standard Delivery (Within India):
Most orders are delivered within 4–7 working days, depending on your location and courier availability.

Delivery may be affected by:

  • Public holidays

  • Extreme weather conditions

  • Remote locations

  • Unexpected courier delays

📍 Jammu & Kashmir & North-East India:
Delivery may take up to 10 working days.

⚠️ Rare Exceptions:
Some orders may take up to 2 weeks, especially if:

  • The product is in limited stock

  • Courier services face delays or routing issues


Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.

If you do not receive tracking information within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact us:

Courier Partners

We ship through trusted logistics partners based on your pincode, including:

  • XpressBees

  • BlueDart

  • Ecom Express


Delivery Marked as Completed but Not Received

If the tracking status shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received the package:

  • It may have been received by a family member, neighbour, security, flatmate, or office mail room.

  • If you still cannot locate the package, inform us within 48 hours of the delivery notification.

We will:

  • Raise a ticket with the courier partner

  • Start an investigation (may take up to 10 working days)

If you contact us after 48 hours, we may not be able to take further action, and Cameo Vibez will not be responsible for any loss.
